Biography

Stephen became a Realtor in 2004 with a passion to serve people with disabilities and their families in the San Francisco/Bay Area. He has spent most of his career with Keller Williams offices, and has been with the KW Advisors East Bay market center since late 2016. He became the Productivity Coach for the market center in 2019, and has improved the program dramatically since then. In 2021, his PC Team sold nearly $46,000,000 in real estate, and sold more than 50 units. Agents in the program earned more than $600,000 in commission income that year.

Stephen is quite active in the disability community. He serves on the Board of Directors and the Development Committee of East Bay Innovations, a non-profit dedicated to empowering people with developmental disabilities with supported housing and employment opportunities. He is also a member of the Alameda County Developmental Disabilities Planning and Advisory Council. In 2021, Stephen launched a podcast about Accessible Housing called Accessible Housing Matters. The weekly interview show features disability advocates and influencers who are passionate about inclusion and improving housing accessibility.

Stephen’s other professional experience includes journalism, software product marketing, and project management. He holds two Bachelors degrees…one in Business Administration and another in Journalism. He was born in Toronto, Canada, but has lived in the Bay Area since 2000.
